See negotiation orders in your Seller Center, under the ""Negotiations"". Once you click on a negotiation order, you have 3 options:
Send a counter-offer, or
Accept the negotiation order proposed by the Buyer, or
Reject the negotiation order.
If you send a counter-offer the buyer can either respond to the counter-offer or choose to accept the order.
